Half order estimate is 150-200lbs & Whole order estimate is 300-400lbs of PACKAGED WEIGHT. The weight you pay is exactly how much you receive. Weight can vary based on which cuts you choose, bone in/boneless, etc.

We get you started with a depsoit. Once paid, we will schedule your harvest date and contact you with more details. In most cases, we process onthly and will give you a projected date. Your total cost will be based on the total packaged weight at $12.00 per pound. (NOT HANGING WEIGHT)

IF DEPOSIT IS MADE ONLINE or via a credit card, A CARD FEE WILL APPLY. Cash, check, and zelle available.

Deposits are refundable up to the point that your butcher date is set.
